Al Hilal Appoints Simone Inzaghi as Head Coach
At 49 years old, Inzaghi signed a two-year deal with the Riyadh-based team after recently parting ways with Inter Milan, where he had held the managerial position since 2021.
Throughout his time at Inter, Inzaghi secured one Serie A championship and led the team to several domestic trophies.
However, his final season concluded disappointingly with a 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League final.
Al Hilal is set to compete in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which is scheduled to begin on June 15.
